Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ggobd ("ggobd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the ggobd website at ggobd.net, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

ggobd reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication of the updated version on this page. The date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ggobd platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of ggobd regardless of the device used to access the platform, the payment method used for transactions, or the game category accessed. They apply to users accessing ggobd from all eight divisions of Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — as well as any Bangladeshi player accessing the platform from outside the country.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

ggobd is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Access to, registration on, and use of any feature of ggobd is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Any user found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any remaining balance reviewed for return in accordance with our fraud-prevention procedures.

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, users must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in their jurisdiction of residence. ggobd does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each user to ascertain and comply with any laws applicable to them regarding online gambling.

By completing ggobd Login and accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; (c) funds deposited into your ggobd account are from legitimate sources; and (d) you are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ggobd staff.

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one active ggobd account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension without prior warning. Any bonus or promotional winnings accrued across duplicate accounts will be voided in full.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid mobile number, and a unique password. ggobd reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any stage — particularly at the point of withdrawal or if suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggobd Login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ggobd immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. ggobd will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

• One account per person: Duplicate accounts result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
• Accurate information required: All registration details must reflect your true legal identity. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms.
• Credential security: You must not share your password, PIN, or security details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Verification cooperation: You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process ggobd initiates, including supplying identification documents within a stated deadline.
• Contact details accuracy: Your registered mobile number must remain active and in your possession, as it is used for account security and payment verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ggobd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits are subject to your current account verification level and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your ggobd balance promptly upon confirmed receipt from your mobile wallet provider. Processing times are typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions, though delays arising from your mobile wallet provider's own network are outside ggobd's control. ggobd bears no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment infrastructure.

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. ggobd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where account activity triggers an automated review. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of your funds. ggobd will never ask you to withdraw to a payment method you have not previously used for deposits.

• Transaction records: A full history of all deposits and withdrawals is accessible from your ggobd account dashboard after login.

Bonuses & Promotions

ggobd offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become withdrawable as real funds. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked twenty times in total before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in your ggobd account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing one is active is not permitted.
• Wagering requirements: Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. These are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire according to the timeframe stated in their individual terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from accounts without compensation.
• Abuse prevention: ggobd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or other prohibited conduct is detected.
• Promotion changes: ggobd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play

ggobd operates a curated library of casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets sourced from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules defined by its respective provider. By participating in any game on ggobd, you agree to abide by the specific rules of that game as presented within the game interface.

All RNG-based games (slots, table games, virtual sports) use independently certified random number generation engines to determine outcomes. ggobd does not influence, adjust, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. Accepted bets are binding and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

All ggobd users are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times while using the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may result in referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits. Any deposit traced to fraud will result in immediate account closure and recovery of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, systematic low-risk wagering specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or any other method intended to extract value from bonuses in bad faith.
• Impersonation: Registering an account in another person's name, using another person's payment method, or in any way misrepresenting your identity to ggobd.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with ggobd on your behalf without human input is strictly forbidden.
• Malicious access: Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or exploit any vulnerability in ggobd's infrastructure, servers, or software. Any such attempt will be reported to relevant cybersecurity authorities.
• Money laundering: Using the ggobd platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity. ggobd complies with applicable anti-money-laundering principles and will report suspicious activity accordingly.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks via your mobile wallet provider for deposits that were legitimately credited and used for gameplay.

Account Suspension & Closure

ggobd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity, or at ggobd's sole discretion for operational reasons. In cases of voluntary closure requested by the user, any pending withdrawal amounts will be processed to the registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

Users wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. We will process voluntary closure requests within a reasonable time frame. Note that self-exclusion requests — where a user wishes to be excluded from the platform for responsible gaming reasons — are handled separately and are permanent for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, ggobd is not obligated to return any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balances remaining in a suspended account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with our fraud and compliance procedures. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month applied against the remaining balance, applied only after prior written notice to the registered contact details.

• Voluntary closure: Contact [email protected] to request account closure at any time. Remaining real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal after verification.
• Forced suspension: Accounts breaching these Terms may be suspended without notice. Bonus winnings are forfeited; real-money balances are subject to fraud review.
• Self-exclusion: Responsible gaming self-exclusion is permanent for the chosen period and is managed separately from standard account closure.
• Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 12 or more months are subject to inactivity fees following prior written notice.
• Data retention: Following account closure, ggobd retains your account data for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
